I tried 2 other concrete places who didn’t return my enquires then found Concrite Kirrawee, so glad I did. Steve on the phone was really helpful and juggled other jobs around to fit my small (1.4m3) load in between the bigger jobs they had on. He helped me with getting my concrete right for my job, I went 25Mpa with 10mm aggregate, he suggested the 10mm would be easier for me to level and smooth out, he was 100% right.The driver was super helpful and supportive throughout me narrowing the entire load into my backyard, a job I won’t repeat in a hurry but got there in the end. It took about 10mins longer than allocated but the driver, like I said couldn’t be more helpful, lovely guy and I hope his shoulder gets better soon.I will use these guys again in the future for sure, very easy process, great product, friendly helpful staff. Great price but delivery drivers are very rude and arrogant. I have used them a couple of times and even after telling them I was willing to pay per minute after the waiting time they constantly reminded me I only had 20 minutes and just stood there making negative comments.They have no service skills at all.Concrite could be a great business but they need to understand how important service is and do something about their drivers.

Ordered 0.8 metres of 25Mpa concrete and was charged $569.00.They based the supply of concrete on $392.00 per metre as this was a CASH sale.Then charged $198 because load was less than 3 metres (fair enough)What a rip off. Unless you have an account they charge inflated rates (25Mpa should be around $240 per metre)Truck driver was excellent and could not be more helpful.

Spend a bit extra and go elsewhere. 25mpa concrete for driveway went off far to quick with cracking and Concrite blames it on the wind even though most of the area was protected from strong wind and temperature only 21 degrees. Not a viable excuse for a poor product. I’ll go back to using Hanson ConcreteDon’t waste your money and don’t expect to get any product backing from Concrite
