We travelled to Torquegas to have gas bottles checked. What an amazing business. Ron was so helpful, his staff were great. Service and advice was the best. We recommend Ron and staff 100%. Thank you so very much.

I have had my vehicle in for a gas certificate, tank check and renew. I am sad to say I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The communication between staff is non-existent. When I initially made the booking, I made it well in advance around my work schedule, as I was told that the work involved would require half a day of labour, and that it would be completed by lunch time. When dropping the vehicle in that morning, I requested a phone call when it was ready, and after waiting around for hours on end with no updates, I phoned multiple times to be given different information. The first instance was someone asking why I thought it would be ready that quickly, when it would take them all day. He suggested I could pick my car up and book it in for another day – I assume they hadn’t even started the work. Given that I was selling the vehicle the next business day, I arranged alternative transport to my workplace, inconveniencing others, to ensure the job was completed. Before leaving I phoned once more for an update and was told it was still a long while off being done. Once I had my colleague pick me up nearby 10 minutes later, they phoned to advise that it was now ready for collection. Unfortunately I believe all of this could have been avoided with adequate communication both within their business and with myself as the customer. I personally would not recommend using this service, unless you have a very relaxed schedule.

Be warned. Dealing with this man will cost you double, he is a rude bully who will rip any one off... Quote $499 bill $951 . Kept my car keys. Drivers licence and LPG gas roadworthy until paid...stand over an old pensioner

Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Unfortunately zero stars isn't an option. Cost $3250, didn't fix the problem and can't actually notice that they fixed anything at all.Thanks for nothing Ron.

Had problems with my LPG all fixed good service, very friendly staff.

Have had the owner Ron install LPG on several of my vechiles over the years, he must be good or I would not keep going back. He install LPG on my diesel motorhome best thing he ever advised me to do.

Had these guys look over my old dinosaur falcon as the lpg tanks were leaking. I picked her up and there were still issues (as there are with a 15yr old car). I called them up and their response was to come in whenever it is convenient for me, they will adapt timewise as its still a fault on the car after they had serviced it. I came again and they fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Recommend.
