Went to this Chemist Castle Plaza last Sunday hubby got a script asked for generic brand received original brand the script price was over double the price he has paid for the same medication at other Chemist wouldn't price match like all others do. I brought a pkt of Lady Shake asked if price match as another Chemist had it cheaper but no. So guess what will never shop at this Chemist again. Just warning people their prices are higher than others and refuse to price match the reason I think is because they are the only Chemist in the area so people will just pay the price and they will continue to rip people off. Avoid this Chemist go elsewhere.

One of the worst chemist I've been in, understaffed and rude people in store I feel bad for the staff (most of them)Never fill in a script here or go to purchase something the lines are ridiculous and if I want to buy any other item I have to go to different check out to a lesser line up which is still long.And don't make the mistake of lining up at the wrong one( which I got pointed to go to the sent away to another)Because they have Lotto ticket only till.Sort it out guts

The rudest workers i have ever encountered. I walked away so angry and thinking if i ever treated anyone half as bad as i was treated i would lose my job. Never again would i shop there. Very dissapointing.

Every prescription here cost extra compared to any other pharmacy, they rely on taking pensioners (their target audience) money by over charging $3 - $4 extra on every script! Go elsewhere this is a i Australian practice they should be ashamed

After being refused Phenergan for my son, who suffers from hay fever, I was a regular customer and spent around $200-$250 per month before PBS, I told the pharmacist that I can buy this product from any other pharmacy but yours!Couldn’t believe what I was hearing and made it clear that I wasn’t coming back again if I didn’t have to, and that you have lost my business moving forward.Plus it’s always closed on public holidays and they close at 5, when other chemists are open later during the week and weekends.
