He listens and his service is tailored to what we need. Highly recommended. Our special baby works hard as a therapy dog and school so deserves the TLC John provides.

Had fantastic and friendly service from John. My dog is very fussy when it comes to grooming but John was very patient and gentle with her. He knew exactly what to do to take care of her, and she came out looking, feeling and smelling amazing. Will definitely be re-booking in the future.

My family and dog has had an amazing experience from John from Jim’s dog wash. John was extremely polite and friendly- his customer skills are amazing and my family members loved him despite not speaking english well. Although my dog was afraid of water, he was completely calm and enjoyed his wash and nail trimming. My dog now smells amazing and I highly recommend this local business!

Great service and friendly staff. John from Jim's Dog Wash was able to squeeze in a wash and groom for our dog at the last minute. He did a wonderful job, she looks lovely and tidy and smells great too! We'll be re-booking again soon.

John from Jim's Dog wash Bossley Park was brilliant. I rarely leave reviews unless it's for exceptional service. John did exactly that, he delivered exception service in a very timely manner. He was able to accommodate my schedule changes. He was patient and caring with Apollo 10 year old (English cockerspaniel). When Apollo met him for the first time he took an instant liking to him. Apollo was groomed exactly to our specification, John was super neat and left no mess whatsoever but most importantly Apollo looked great I highly recommend John and Jim's dog wash.
