Overall 4/5 stars for overall process and installation of a doggy door.Requested for a specific door via email and lead to believe it would be available for the day. Was aware they didn't have the product during the face to face meeting but kindly suggested they could reschedule once the product was in. The alternative was just as good so I went with that. Overall, Great response from request to fullfilment (request at night, installed next day).Installation of door was good except it wasn't centered to the door. Probably off an inch or so. No biggie since the door is old and weathered down and I just need it as a means to access the backyard for the dog. Area of work was cleaned up so no mess which is appreciated.Installer / Trainer was professional & polite. Some minor nuances to the training session which I feel could have been better for my Dog. The dog was a little stressed but Greyhounds can be like that. It will take time for me to acclimatize my Greyhound to the door, but hoping with consistency and effort she can go through it..

Sydney Paws Petdoor made it easy for me to make contact and organise an appointment for installation with personalised service. Communication was excellent throughout. Work was also meticulous and neat with consideration to apartment surroundings. Pricing was very reasonable and I appreciate the time taken to explain how the pet door works and how I can train my pet to get used to it quickly . I would definitely recommend their service Thank you Summer and Alex!

The doggie door was installed the DAY after I called for a quote. Before he left, Alex trained our dogs on how to use the new door which was great. Very impressed with the professionalism and service!

This company was wonderful. Just had our door installed this morning. The service and fit is excellent and I would highly recommend Sydney Paws Petdoor. Our dog is already using it and one of our cats used it all by herself with no training! Wish I had it done years ago

What a service! Prompt, seamless, professional and I can’t fault it. I will be recommending and sharing it to everyone. I honestly, I emailed on Sunday, had prompt replies and then had the doggy doors installed this morning. It was timely and efficient, clean and with the added value of a mini training session for Milo.I can’t thank you enough.

Sydney Paws Petdoor were fantastic to deal with. The option to book everything and communicate via text was very handy as someone who is often away from the phone during business hours. Installation went smoothly and not only is our young pup already using the door independently, Alex was also able to coax our stubborn 9 year old dog who has avoided dog doors in the past to use it. Will definitely be using their services again in future when needed.

Had two dog doors installed so far by Sydney Paws Pet Door! Once a few years ago for my apartment and again recently for my new place. Very quick to respond and organise the installation. Will definitely organise for a third installation if I ever need to move again!
