Was in need of the facelift and the new set out gives it more space. Still lacking a few vital things and missing the punching bag. Perhaps they could get a portable one. Would also be great to have the ability to at least do a virtual spin class but hey cannot have it all.

Plus Fitness Engadine is awesome! The fresh new renovations are so nice. It’s bright and inviting and the space is so open. The staff are always so friendly and smiling, as are the members :)

Engadine plus fitness is an excellent gym filled with love and passion. The gym staff are so kind and are always down for a chat and to assist you with any of your needs. I really take my hat off to one of the gym girls Ellie. I was in the gym one day and i think a person did a squat after heaps of Mexican food and accidentally let his burrito bowl slip in his pants and left his undies and mess in the toilet. Poor little Ellie jumped straight to the rescue gloving up and cleaning it like nothing ever happened. This was true dedications and i give her all my respect thanks Ellie and the plus fitness team i love you guys !!!
