Quite a lot of sick fish each time I’ve popped in. A few large snakes have figured out how to take the safety cages off their heat lamps and when notifying staff that probably already know about the issue, they don’t seem to be too urgent about fixing it which can cause very serious burns to the snake if they come in contact with the lamp. Quite sad to see a lot of snakes going through terrible sheds as well as birds with fully clipped wings.

I have complained a number of times, as has my partner, about the condition of the live feed that is being sold. Most crickets and woodies are dead and it is clear that they have not been cared for. Most boxes do not have fresh food or hydro blocks to sustain the insects. The blame has been laid on Pisces. However, when I have complained, stock has remained on the shelf and continued to be sold with more than 50% of insects dead!Insects are still living things that need to be cared for to ensure the quality of the food then given to our reptiles.Staff are still uneducated on how to create suitable environments for reptiles, in particular bearded dragons. Dragons should never be housed with other dragons and shouldn't have a red heat lamp as it damages their eyes.Please, please rectify these issues. You have lost me as a customer, along with a number of other friend reptile owners.The photo shows a large number of deceased woodies from a recent pack.

I've been in here several times and always find the staff to be friendly and very helpful. Good selection of cat products on offer. Having a membership also helps to recieve discounts and money off on future shops.

I’ve been shopping at this store since the day it opened, always helpful & friendly staff with a large selection of assorted pet products for my assorted pets.On the rare occasion they didn’t have a large bag of the cat food my cats eat on the shelf they went out the back and unpacked a pallet to allocate me a bag.The staff always ask if I need any help & offer advice for any questions I may have.Have done click & collect many times when I am in a rush and my order is always filled and ready collect before the estimated time period.This is my one stop shop for everything I need for my personal zoo :)
