My dealings with Mandy at QBR were nothing short of amazing!!!!! I called the shop looking for advice about new fairings for my fireblade. Mandy took the time out of her day to look up the websites I was looking at, talked me though it and advised me what would be best. 12 weeks later I had my fairings and booked in for fitting plus some mechanical repairs. Everything was so easy and professional, nothing was too hard or a problem and communication was 100% spot on.The finished bike looks so good and the repairs are perfect.Im one happy customer and will be certainly be using QBR again. I would 100% recommend anyone to them.

If I could give no stars I would. We took our dirt bike into this “business” to be assessed and given a quote to repair. After a week of not hearing anything we called them and were advised they had already pulled our entire motor apart. We asked what the quote was and were shocked when it was double of what we were advised it would be from another business. Let’s just say we are pretty disappointed with this “business” and hope this review stops them from doing this to someone else.

Massive shout out to these guys. Mandy and the team absolutely know what customer should be. I just had my bike repaired from an accident and they have truly gone above and beyond. Many little touches done that were not quoted for just because that's the amazing job they do. Highly recommend these as honest quality service is hard to find. Thanks guys.

My bike was taken here as an insurance accident repair. I had no prior knowledge of this business, so wasn't really sure what to expect. And what can I say - the bike looks better than when I bought it!Assessment was fast, they kept me updated, offered me sound advice to get back on the road while the work was carried out and now the bike feels brand new.Beyond the quality of the work and communications, the cherry on top really is Mandy who runs the office. She was understanding, took the time to listen, was friendly and gave me a very clear and easy to understand picture of what was happening. Given I was there because I'd had an accident, being made to feel like a human really was exactly what I needed to get going agin.

Excellent service the times I have been there. The pricing is extremely fair and Craig goes the extra mile to explain issues as they arise and what short to long-term ramifications there might be. My bikes always come back spotless and running better than ever. Can't recommend enough if you live this side of town - nothing is ever a hassle for them.

Mandy is so cool to deal with. Rode in without appointment...lovely bloke looked at it straight away, saw the problem, fixed and picked up the next day. Easy, no drama, good communication. Been to 2 other places but sticking with this one now.

I would highly recommend these guys I would like to give.... Craig, A Big Thanks for having a look at my motorcycle this afternoon. It was running a little bit rough when I rode my bike in there. He was putting some bikes away and he said straight away That's not running right I couldn't believe he could actually hear that without me, even telling him. So he went in and got a couple of tools. Played around with the carby for around 5 minutes. He's got magic fingers.. it sounded wonderful after him adjusting a couple of things they are really nice people down there. Would really highly recommend them... Thank you very much. Craig and the team
