Well laid out store. It's local and the pricing not that different to Bunnings these days (eg their Makita belt sanders were $10 cheaper. Actually I bought one of their demo models which was $150 cheaper!). Friendly, helpful staff.

Visit here often and get great advice and service. Not as big as Bunnings but still great value - much shorter drive to them and that's the money difference saved right there. I have been doing many different odd jobs and they always have what I need and can give the advice needed also.

Unlike the big chain hardware stores this store is what a hardware store should be friendly helpfull staff that actually can give you advice and the prices are better than bunnings by quite a lot on some items

If you need something out of the ordinary they may have it if not they will know where to get it. The staff are very helpful and friendly and approachable well done to all. Great customer service.

Delighted & Disappointed: I travelled from Sydney to visit my 92y/o mother after 2 and a half years. Whilst here she asked me to do some shopping for her. My first visit I was assisted by a very pleasant lady with long curly hair. She was friendly and helpful. This positive experience was almost ruined by the most appalling service I have ever experienced by a woman with long blonde hair. Her tone was abrasive, her manner aggressive and condescending and she came close to actually insulting me. Not sure what my crime was! Part of my paid job is to coach and train customer service representatives and if any of my people were this rude to a paying customer they would not last 5mins.

This is one of the few family hardware stores left. They don't have the range of the big stores, but they have great service and advice. This is always my first stop for all my hardware needs.
