Matt is very professional and highly recommended as PT!The gym has an amazing friendly environment and makes you always feel welcomed. The gym equipment are been constantly renovated, and you will find everything you need in a boutique set up.

Excellent studio style gym. It is always well maintained, with management always active and attentive. The equipment is in great condition and is never abused by members. A great local vibe is present and most 'regulars' seem to know or be familiar with one another.

Hey,Matt has been brilliant through COVID. Encouraging, supportive, and really helpful to maintain your mental and physical health. He has done training online using zoom and facetime. It has worked brilliantly all year. Who would've thought we would be in lockdown this long! But Matt has ensured that using whatever we have to hand, that he can continue to train us. If it wasn't for Matt, I'd've been twice the man I am today - size wise.
