Kozen Yoga
I wish I had discovered Kozen Yoga sooner! I was in my mid-50s when I attended my first Vinyasa Flow session at Kozen. I loved it, despite my limited flexibility. Now my Kozen sessions are the highlight of the week. Not only do I feel more relaxed, but regular yoga has also improved my overall strength, which is evident at my gym sessions.

Kozen Yoga has been a great. Having never done if before I’ve found all of the instructors to be really helpful and caring. I’ve still got a long way to go..... but I’m really enjoying the yoga experience. Thanks

I love Kozen yoga! Jean and the teachers are incredibly friendly, caring and inspiring. The Ashburton studio is spacious, warm and filled with natural light and plants. Thank-you for becoming my yoga sanctuary.

Kozen Yoga
Kozen offers vinyasa, slow and yin classes with the kindest, wisest and most professional teachers I've come across in 14 years of yoga in Melbourne. The generous timetable means that I can always find a class to substitute if I can't get to my regular classes. The space is welcoming and comfortable and I love looking at the tree outside the window as the seasons change. Balm for my soul and a balanced, strong body as a bonus.

Kozen Yoga
Zac and Jean pour their heart and souls into Kozen to make it more than just a yoga studio, it really is much more. Kozen is a great place to be, and all the teachers bring such different and valuable qualities to their classes. I've been practicing at Kozen since the beginning of Jean and Zac's journey, which I think is maybe 4 years now, I love Kozen and would happily encourage anyone to start (or continue) their yoga journey with the Kozen family.

I have found the most lovely and down-to-earth yoga crew at Kozen over the last two years or so. Super reasonably priced and in addition to the usual brilliant classes there are always great workshops, retreats and programs on offer. This place will heal your mind, body and soul!

My first experience of yoga has been at Kozen Yoga. I can't speak more highly of the instructors/teachers and the supportive environment that greets you every time you arrive. I've found so many benefits for myself with the practice that is offered at Kozen - both physically and emotionally. Thanks Zac and Jean for creating such a welcoming space.

I have been taking classes at this yoga studio for almost one year now and just love it. The teachers are all absolutely amazing without exception. I love the fact that you can just come to a class ten minutes before it starts without having to pre book. That flexibility is such a bonus. The studio is always immaculately clean and every class is accompanied by beautiful music.If in doubt just give it a try, I believe that you won't be disappointed.
