One of my favourite Banh Mi places in Melbourne. Meat seems to be of higher quality than the others in Sunshine. You get less meat but the bread and their own additions to the Banh Mi (croutons and some kind of thousand island style sauce) make this place stand out. Get the pork belly roll before 1230 for freshness!

Underrated and underappreciated banh mi outlet in Sunshine. Superior to my mind to pretty much all nearby competitors - but it's all a matter of personal preference, isn't it?

This place is great!!! The croutons make it a standout from the place down the road. More filling in the banh mi than other places too! Their baked goods are great as well - pastry is super fresh and filling is delicious.

Rude customer service, I was usually charged $6 for my usual Vietnamese roll until another staff served me and they charged me $7.5. When I said I was usually charged $6 the person grunted, looked annoyed and took out some meat from my roll. Never coming back here again.
