Nice display homes. Staff are friendly and informative. The cloak and daggers around pricing is a pain though as it is with most builders. Make sure you come prepared with the right questions so you won't be shocked down the track.

Horrible. Still waiting for our occupational certificate after 2 months with no end in site. They provided a hot water system not adequate for small family. Choose them at your peril

If you are building in Newcastle, Central Coast & Hunter area, AVOID this builder.Preventable delays, unprofessional administration, inconsistent saleswomen, behind schedule building, lack of communication from supervisors, have to do a lot of your own chasing up, below average trade turn-a-round, preventable extra costs to customer, inconsistent tradesmen and disappointment when delivering deadlines.We are not the only clients that have had issues.

Absolutely cannot fault Carl Holmes! Having a fantastic and very cruisy experience building our first home. Saw the home we wanted in Thornton at the display homes and made very few changes. It seems to have everything we want. Andrew has been a pleasure to deal with and we're at our site supervisor stage where Jasiah has been an absolute gentleman. Loving this adventure and can't wait to move into our new home.

Just finished building our fourth house with the team from Coral Homes Thornton. Process was super efficient and the help that Tim gave us in the early stages was great. Even though we have built before he always makes suggestions with the design that we would never have thought of. Admin was a bit slow but that always seems to happen. Thankfully our awesome construction supervisor Tom, managed to make up for the lost time in Admin. We received weekly updates from him and nothing was ever a bother. Thank you!

Very nice house design

I built with coral and they never came back and fixed defects, as there were 100s. Everything i rang i got yep someone will contact you, never happened and like most as time passed you lean to deal with the low standard coral set.

Took me a while to write this.My husband contacted Tim and explained that we where after a house and detached granny flat we provided our block details and a brief layout similar to the day dream .After several phone calls and confirmation text messages and emails we made the two hour each way trip on father's day last year to meet with Tim. When we arrived he was pleasant and polite but so incredibly stupid!He apologised saying sorry we don't do granny flats! So not only did he completely waste our time and ruined our day. He had little disregard for the situation he placed us in. All I can say is THANK god we did not decided to build our home with coral homes.

Coral Homes should be ashamed with their builders and their employees that undergo inspections for any property faults in which the property shouldn't have to begin with. We have had someone came over to our house to inspect the property for any faults. (Mind you, this is months later) Each problem that was listed was as tho it shouldn't be an issue. When you pay hundreds of thousands to build a home, the builders should know how to build which you expect the best results with no issue and if there were to be, you expect them to help solve it. I have delt with many building companies and Coral Homes has given us the WORST experience ever. Will do the opposite of recommending them to anyone and won't use them for future builds.
