Very bad experience, I received an item different from what expected. I was misled by the product description. Their return policy is very upsetting. Of course they don't refund the delivery cost, but they also keep the 10% or 20% for restocking.

Great service and product. Purchased a Slap Shot Air Hockey table. Looked at a few cheaper ones on the market but they dont work well, look cheaply built and the puck often leaves the table if hit hard. This table is more expensive but works great.

I've just purchased the C.Ronaldo memorabilia and I’m very satisfied & thrilled. The memorabilia is amazing, and I can’t stop looking at it, it’s a standout feature in the theatre room. An Awesome Experience !!I couldn't be happier with the awesome level of customer service, amount of product knowledge and professionalism; from Joey He is an asset to this business. Nothing was too much trouble!Very honest and transparent in the way Joey dealt with everything. I purchased a premium pinball machine for grandkids after spending many months researching other products, it is well worth the money. Can’t recommend him highly enough!! Very disappointing product and service!! Purchased a Gen 2.0 Kegorator and found it a lengthy process to put it together. Then it wouldnt chill below 13 degress - contacted the team and after many phone calls they agreed to provide a replacement unit, however they expected me to drive a 5hour trip to pickup!!When i asked about a courier thay said no we arent
