7 months and I am still waiting to have a roof repair done on insurance through WhiteWolf. Every time I call, I don’t get a response and when I do, they pass the blame on elsewhere. No weatherproofing for the hole in the roof has been attached, so I’m sure there is additional damage to the property. Not good enough.

Beware ALL subcontractors that work for white wolf! They defect your work to the max capacity to retain all money so they dont have to pay you. Any pay you do receive is a battle and they pay late.

We have been partnering with White Wolf Constructions on various projects for nearly 10 years. During this time they have proven to show genuine care and professionalism towards their staff, contractors and most importantly their clients. They set the bar high to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest possible standards. We would have no hesitation is recommending White Wolf Constructions.

. 26/3 I put my claim in and was told Whitewolf would contact me as my aerial had been blown down in the wind and rain. My huge Aerial had fallen down the roof and had taken tiles with it so I then had leaks and an aerial in a dangerous position. Had to call SES to secure it. Forward to today and still no Whitewolf. Rang NRMA who phoned another builder who contacted me 10 mins later and is coming 7am in the morning. Thanks for nothing Whitewolf!

Dodgy brothers (over opinionated handy men at best).After having a Tornado come through town which was associated with heavy winds and hail. The insurance company Budget Direct allocated White wolf to assess the damage.There was only damage to two skylights in the report initially. The assessor used black thin tape on one the skylights that was cracked which adventually then peeled off. And then I was told by the same assessor the roof was fine and ok.However after further heavy rain just days after the storm my roof was leaking throughout the house. I asked for several make safes which they arranged (Badly).I asked for a new report by a different Roofing company and after that report was submitted to the insurance complany, I finally got a settlement to have the roof fixed Because indeed they found significant damage from the tornado which has lifted parts of the metal sheeting.The original report was not adequate in the first place stating damage was not caused by the amount of wind and rain we had.

Do not use this company unless you enjoy being stuffed around and neglected.Their repair assessor was exceptionally biased which led to months of delays getting repairs fixed. Their admin team happily took my deposit and then happily ignored on my repairs and didn’t assign it to a tradesmen until I repeated reminded them. Their team would agreed to call me back but wouldn’t, leaving me to spend hours on hold.

We have just had our hail damaged verandah roof panels replaced by White Wolf Constructions and are very pleased with the prompt and professional service provided by Byron Jacob, who carried out the assessment and the repairs.Byron and his assistants were on time, worked quickly and neatly and left the site perfectly cleaned up.We are totally satisfied with the service provided.

RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL above all UNTRUSTWORTHY.A company that has cultural of discrimination and dishonesty, working for corrupt insurance companies to deny insurance claims for honest hardworking families.Absolute disgrace that corrupt companies are freely trading in the bias manner . DO NOT TRUSH WHITE WOLF there name is quite fitting.

A big thank you to Matt, Tom and team at Whitewolf.We had 2 of our rooms totally gutted, re insulated, re floored and all new built in and storage.Chris, Cameron and Mitch done a fantastic job and our family are really happy with the result.Place was left tidy at the end of each day and the boys respected the fact we were home schooling at the same time and accommodated so well.Will definitely be using Whitewolf again.
