Star Wardrobes - Wardrobes, Shower Screens & Glass Fittings

Extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism, follow through and service. Not only were our installed wardrobes not built properly but when when we were told they would come out to rectify, they stood us up on 2 occasions without any explanation or the decency of a phone call. Nothing short of appalling client service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE TO ANYONE.

These guys are extremely good at what they do, Customer service is first class.

Hi,Totally unprofessional, there is no work ethic...not even picking the call or reply back...been to their factory twice to finalize things but it doesn't matters to them... other's people time...cause delay of my project...I never recommend anyone...honestly.

Jimmy and the team, time and time again deliver reliable, affordable and prompt service with a guaranteed optimistic approach. Jimmy and his leading hands are part of the entire duration of the tendered works and been responsive to any occasion or time of need, in order to get us out of trouble and keep the project on schedule. Their excellence in what they do is demonstrated across the board and is evident on all sites they have worked on. Jimmy and his team have have provided to us numerous solutions at times where we have thought there may not be any especially with their extensive knowledge of the building code. I truely look forward to the next job with Jimmy and his team.

Vey rude...I spoke on the phone and they hanged off on me for asking a question. I tried to call back then they opened the line and realised it was me again and they hanged off.. all i asked is if they can fix my showers screen door to make a new screen for it.

I am very fond of having swimming pools, so I have one each in all my four penthouses. I got the glass pool fencing that I wanted. It has given a whole new look and utility to my space. I feel have never been so happy!
