Went there on the 29th April 2022 for Botox treatment for between the Brows (Frown lines) and forehead, I explained as would have been in my notes from a couple of previous treatments, That the muscles in between my Brows are strong. I mentioned that i would also like to get some relief from headaches that frowning causes and she said this should help. The consultant asked me if i would like my smile line wrinkles treated and i told her that this doesn't usually work well for me last time but she told me that i would get a bit of an eyebrow lift if i did so i agreed to be up-sold and we talked about the lip flip treatment which i explained didn't seem to work last time but she said she will use a bit extra and should work this time. So all up i spent $499 and 2 weeks later, (Today) went into see her as the Botox didn't work at all between my brows also no eyebrow lift and Lip flip didn't work! The forehead wrinkles were slightly relaxed although barely visible. The consultant agreed that the only thing that seemed to work were that the forehead wrinkles were slightly more relaxed. We agreed that the results were very disappointing. The consultant then told me how much it would cost to have the Frown/Between the Brows redone! I nearly fell off the chair! She told me that the reason it didn't work was not anything that she had not done properly and asked me if i had gone home and had a drink after i'd had my Botox 2 weeks ago? I told her that i rarely drink and no i didn't. She told me it might be my Hormones. I told her at my age my hormones don't fluctuate much and i have never had such disappointing results over all the years i have been getting Botox and that if i ever have had to go back due to the result not being great the other providers have topped up the treatment for no extra cost. The consultant told me that it is Laser Clinics policy not to do this and if i want it to work i must pay an extra $175 for 12 units more of Botox for my frown lines . The Consultant stated that she has never had a client with such a disappointing result but still i would have to pay extra.The result is that i left there in tears having spent $499 for virtually nothing having changed at all. I was not going to spend more good money after bad for what could have been an outcome similar to the poor outcome i had experienced as i am not certain that it wasn't the consultants treatment methods that may not have been adequate.I remember worrying at the time of the treatments that they seemed a bit quick and shallow . I suppose the proof may be in the results which are virtually non existent! I need to add this is the worst customer experience i have ever had! I have never in all my years left any retailer sobbing before and feeling so exploited! If this is Laser Clinic Kawana Sunshine Coast's policy to charge extra for a job poorly or even maybe not done ...Then why would anyone want to got there? I would have given 0 Stars if i could. This is a photo taken today of part of the results of $499 spent for Frown Lines at the Laser Clinic Kawana Qld . The other treatments worked to the same level. Wish i'd gone somewhere else where they take responsibility and really want your custom!!!!!

I had my skin damaged at a place in GC and Iziah assured me his treatments would fix the issue and it has. For most people a job is just a job but Iziah truly loves what he does and it shows when he takes such care whilst doing the treatments. I will never let anyone touch my face now but Iziah. Very friendly staff. I had Kellie for my consultation and treatment and she provided me with so much information and explained everything to me very thoroughly which made me feel very comfortable and like I could express any of my concerns. I don't think I've had service that friendly and informative in a long while so I am very appreciative.

I've been welcomed by beautiful Caitlyn who checked me in. She was very polite and professional, made me feel comfortable and at ease.Gorgeous Belinda did my lip filler and reassured me all the way through the process. I love the end result! LCA Kawana store is a fantastic place. In a saturated market, these guys stand out. Their staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the treatments they give are stunning.I want to make special mention about Isaiah who has been doing my BBL treatments. His knowledge (between his nursing and his skin science) is exceptional, and his bedside manner is just beautiful. You can really tell he loves doing what he does.As for the BBL treatment itself, if you are unsure as to whether or not you should invest in your skin, from my own experience, I recommend you do. I have had 2 treatments now and loving the changes I am seeing.Thanks team, thankyou Isaiah.
