Leah was amazing at helping us plan our gear for our hiking trip on the Thorsborne trail. She is so helpful and easy to work with and her enthusiasm for the outdoors is infectious. I loved that Leah recommended the light weight gear including tent and mattress to make the hike more enjoyable by carrying less weight in our packs. Highly recommend them.

We used Support Crew for a multi-day team building adventure in Girraween National Park. They provided a truely outstanding level of customer service and we wonderful to deal with. I'm very happy with the experience I had with Support Crew. I hired backpacks for our kids, a PLB and other bits. The gear was top-notch, in fact one of the packs was brand new and everything was in good condition. Leah and Darren were very knowledgeable and helpful and the price was great.
