Not sure if it's a hairdresser, a spa, nail shop or fish tank store. Don't think the hairdresser was very skilled in my hair, uncontrollable frizz after overuse with thinning scissors. Classic jack of all trades master of none. If you want a good haircut stick to the specialists stores that only focus on hair.

I got a full set of acrylics done here for $25 the lady was nice and started conversation which is always nice. The nails were a bit thin though but they lasted a few weeks.

I like it here - the music is strange, and there's not a lot of conversation to be had, but I like the weirdness! The staff are friendly and attentive, and the hair services are reasonably priced, which are my main considerations. I have been back a few times and always happy.

Xuan is always lovely with her clients. I love getting my hair done as I really get spoilt here.

Sorry to say but worst haircut I have ever had and I am 46, totally uneven on both sides and top, lady was nice but haircut was really bad :(

I had a beautiful haircut today. The lady listened exactly what I wanted to have done, very reasonably priced, no rush, no other people near me taking about their problems :)Will definitely be back

I went in for a bleach and dye which took around 3-4 hours. The lady was nice and patient the whole time. My scalp is very sensitive and she took care of it very well.Very nice work and I would definitely come back! The price is for sure better than 90% of other places too

NEVER GO HERE. HEAR MY EXPERIENCE. On 16/3/21 I got lash extensions done it cost me $85. That day, many were already coming off and were greatly uncomfortable. By Thursday 18/3/21, I could not bare it and went to a lash specialist. This person told me she needed to immediately remove them and she was glad that I didn't wait any longer as further damage would have been done. She told me, they were placed wrong: too much glue was used, the glue went to the end of the shaft of the natural lash which never should, there were up to 6 false lashes attached to 1 natural lash, which it should only be 1. On finding out she had trimmed the extension, she was baffled as you never do this because then they lose the curl and poke out straight. In removing them, there was damage caused to my natural lashes and she stated that if it were left longer the damage would be much greater. The lash extensions were placed to close to the tear ducts. After paying for this removal, being incredibly disappointed, upset at the damage and that some glue was unable to be removed without pulling my lashes out or using a strong solution, I went to see the lady at Intricut Hair & Beauty. Obviously, for a refund of the botched treatment I received. She insisted she would not give me a refund, stated I should of gone back to her (presumably to receive more damage as she is clearly not qualified with all the listed faults). I paid $30 for a very safe removal by a professional. I insisted that she had damaged my lashes, listed the failures, encouraged her to look and demanded that she refund me my $85 as, she has damaged my lashes and some have come out. She refused and stated she had to see her 3 hair clients that were seated. I told her I'd wait or she could rectify the refund now. After 1 hour and much assertive conversation with her, she sat down, insisted I listen to her, told me not to talk, she told me I again should have gone back to see her for a botch job removal. Why would anyone ever do this? If a surgeon causes you injury, do you go back and see them again ?! No. During the hour, I lodged my complaint with consumer affairs/ ombudsman. I had given her many chances to rectify the issue without disrupting her clients. At one point she offered me '$20 from my own money'. $20 is not $85. I explained I could show her how to do a refund on the EFTPOS machine if that was the problem. She refused and insisted I wait. I ensured I'd leave her reviews stating my experience. Also her 3 clients heard my experience which, must have been uncomfortable for them. She could have given me the refund from the beginning and admitted her mistake of, doing lashes on someone with no education on the process but, she didn't. She insisted on making a scene in front of her clients, threatened to call the police which, I welcomed. Finally after she attempted to lecture me about how I should have gone back to her, she gave me the $85 back in cash. Why ? Because she was wrong all along, knew that, could not be an adult and reasonable. Your service was in no way what it was supposed to be. That is grounds for a refund. More so when it damages someone. I recorded the final conversation with the lady. And will gladly provide it here. Absolutely appalling that you could not just admit to your mistake, provide a refund, not make a scene and to go as low as threaten to waste police resources. Thats an hour I won't get back or the $30 I had to spend to safely remove the botch job. So congratulations you made a scene, caused a report to consumer affairs and received these new reviews. And thank you again for damaging my lashes and what's left of them.
