Lucy did an amazing job on my lashes, she’s really gentle and helped me pick a style I like. This is my second time seeing her. Will definitely be coming back.

Her quality of work I am thrilled with and her service was fantastic. She also did a tint and wax on my brows and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Lucy was able to create an absolute masterpiece of my eyelashes and brows. First time henna and I love them. Plus this lash lift makes it looks like I have a full set of extensions even when I don’t!!! Happy with my find ☺️

I had the worst experience ever at this place. After 6 days of infill my lashes in this place, my lashes started to fall out in an amount beyond the normal, I registered a complaint with the customer service who “offered” me a “20min express infills” to “solve the problem”.I returned to the site for the express infills offered by the manager, and the attendant fixed only one eyelash and informed that she would not have more time to fix the other side, since the booking was 20min.For my surprise, when I was leaving the place, I was informed that I should pay the amount of 73.00 for 20 minutes on ONE SIDE of my eyelashes.1. The poorly service done should not have been charged, since it was a return within the 7 days mediate to a COMPLAIN for DISSATISFACTION with the service provided.2. Time management to correct poorly service done should not be a customer problem, but a company problem.It’s unbelievable how frustrating was the whole experience in this place!I felt ROBBED!I do not recommend this experience to anyone.

Francesca did my lashes last week at Browco in Bondi Junction and I’m in love! She listened to exactly what I wanted and did a fab job!I’ve been going to Browco for a few years now and always happy with their services! They always run to time so never have to wait around!

Lucy at Browco is the BEST at lashes. I've been going to her for the last six months, and I can always count on getting a beautiful result that lasts for 3 weeks and beyond.
