My parcel finally was delivered yesterday after it had arrived in Singapore on the first week of June. Parcel was unable to be delivered due to the incomplete address printed on it even though the invoice had the correct, complete address. Customer agent Scott had been a great help in resolving the matter with the local courier. The email conversations had been very prompt and assuring that my parcel would be delivered to me! Once again thank you!

At first there was a miscommunication about a parcel and I had no alerts from DAI post whatsoever which resulted in an attempted delivery. However I reached out to them and they were so efficient and quick to respond and resolve the issue. Amazing customer service thank you for resolving the issue Scott!

Last mile tracking for international parcel wasn't updated after customs clearance. E-mailed support and received fast and courteous response along with tracking number via 3rd part courier. Parcel ended up being delivered that afternoon and Scott from the contact hub team even followed up to make sure it was delivered. Thanks for the great communication.

Mary, Customer Service Officer, was extremely helpful with my package and communicated with me every step of the way when it was stuck at Customs. Any time I had a query she replied straight away with either answers or updates. She was also very patient and kind especially since I was extremely stressed about my package. Highly recommend.

There was no tracking once my parcel had landed in Australia. A phonecall to DAI Post instigated a search and gave me details of the carrier and tracking number. I received my parcel the following day with a follow up email to make sure that the delivery had gone smoothly. The staff member I dealt with was extremely helpful.

My 2 international packages were delayed and as the tracking wasn't being updated, I was fearing they were lost. I contacted DAI Post customer service and was helped by staff member Erika. She was very helpful and followed up with locating the packages quickly. My problem was resolved in a little over 24 hours. One star less due to delayed delivery.

Once my parcel arrived in Australia, tracking stopped.When I called the DAI, the Customer Service Officer Vanessa Caballero and Jay Hilaria were very polite and really helpful. They lodged an inquiry and also gave me the local Aramex number. When I called that number, the Indian guy who responded was very helpful too.I received my parcel the next day.Prompt and efficient Response DAIThank you so much!
