Not even worth a 1 star review. After dropping our scooter off 3 months ago no contact was made from the shop to give us any updates, staff were extremely unhelpful (apart from 1 young mechanic out the back) had no idea what is going on. Would say they will call back with an update only to not here from them.After 3 months finally had enough and picked the scooter up and they’ve now lost the charger. Hoping to get a phone call about that but highly doubt it.Only took the scooter there as we brought it from a friend and they said they could fix it no worries. I guess it will be like every other bad review and the owner will write back saying we were aggressive/abusive. Maybe take some responsibility and provide a bit of customer service and you wouldn’t have to get fake good reviews

Contrary to all the 1 star malarkey in the reviews - my experience was really positive and the guy on the day gave me really informed and passionate advice. Could tell they know their stuff! Bought a Kintech Venom and no regrets at all. Very happy with product and service

The owner trys to justify everything. Not impressed. They tried to tell me I couldn't pick up the scooter I had bought until the next day, after I had paid for it. The reason was, he's now helping other customers. So I asked for a refund, intending to buy a scooter that I could take home the same day with good advice from the store, there are plenty of other stores. Funny enough, The scooter was available immediately... Sounded to me like he had my money, doesn't need to hurryHowever, The service was still terrible. No information about the product operation or service. Also, Flat tyres on there brand new scooters. They don't even pump them up so you can ride home.Not recommended, this company is negligent and don't look after anyone but themselves. Owned by a foreigner. Not Australian at all. They avoid paying their invoices to other company's and i believe all the good reviews are fake. Read all the bad reviews instead.Recommendations, Go anywhere else...

The boys at Scooteroo have been legends! Helped me pick my first scooter, and helped me with all the servicing needs I could have. Nothing but polite the whole time since I have been to them, can’t wait to get my next ride boys!!!!

Really happy with their service. I took in my scooter to replace my tires with tubeless tires and purchased a seat. It took longer then anticipated. But the guy was really apologetic about it when it took longer. A bit of patience doesnt hurt anybody. He was on his own in the shop. Between serving customers and fixing my scooter he was pretty busy!!! Thank you regards elizabeth.

Friendly staff who know what they’re talking about. Very helpful. Easy parking. Definitely will be a returning customer.

You were on the phone over powering my partner when we were just trying to get an update on our scooter that you had for 3 months. In no way did we threaten you. All your staff members blame each other and say they are new to the business.You seem to write on all your review that the customers are abusive when in this instance this was not the cases.Looks like the good reviews are mainly fake with the treatment we have received
