Jorge gave me the best haircut I've ever had. He cut my fine hair without making it look too heavy, or too thin, and it just sits so well. Also gave me tips on how to care for and style my new hair. Will def come back!

I just moved to the area and booked in for the first time with Levi, he did such an amazing job. He was so great with the placement of the foils and listened to exactly what I wanted. The colour turned out the perfect bright blonde that I love. Overall a great experience and I have found my new hairdresser. Thanks Levi!!

Jorge transformed my hair! Went into the salon with terrible colour and regrowth! I wanted to bring blonde back into my hair and Jorge did an amazing job. I have got so many compliments and I am very happy with what he did with my hair. Usually my hair feels dry and brittle after but my hair feels very healthy! Lovely staff and great salon :)

Can't speak for the Salon but definitely can for the hair dresser Krystal who did my hair. Absolutely disappointed with the service and her skills. It cost me $290 to get a few highlights framing my face and some low lights put to break up the blonde. No cut, no blow dry or any fancy technique. Most I've paid in a while in Melbourne and thought I would at least leave happy after spending that much and having a twenty mins pre-assessment with her just discussing what I wanted and going over pics etc. My hair turned out much darker than either of us agreed to or wanted after the assessment ( almost chocolate brown hair) and instead of agreeing that things didn't go to plan she blamed the outcome on the texture of my hair (right!). I made the mistake of still paying full price for it as she offered for me to come back in agains so that she could fix it. As soon as I paid, I never heard back. I got a response to one text and then she disappeared despite a few of my requests to schedule time to come back in, at her convenience, that too . Ladies, next time you're not happy with something you're using your hard earned money for, don't succumb, at least not till you get what you're after. Anyhow, would recommend if you're going here that perhaps you rethink doing your hair with Krystal and I genuinely hope the Salon steps up and takes care of their customers.

This was my first time at Salon Forma and with Jorge. I had a bad experience at another salon two months ago, and I asked Jorge to try and fix my hair. He was very kind and helpful and he did a great job, plus gave me few advices about blowdrying at home. Thank you Jorge.

Krystal, what can I say except that she is a marvellous stylist. I went in with a photo, and very dark hair. I came out with the most beautiful blonde hair I have ever had. Topped it off with a treatment, chair massage while waiting and a glass of bubbly. Truly, if you aren't getting your hair done at this salon, you are missing out!!
