I was intimated and humiliated by their two staff members on 10 July 2022 evening, who were incorrect but still kept arguing and were rude and arrogant. Their behaviour smacked hate and prejudice. The male staff member tried to press all my buttons to provoke a fight. The situation was diffused by the Duty Manager, however, he was helpless to control him. The staff needs to be taught manners and skills to deal customers with respect.

Usually excellent customer service especially from the younger team members.However on this occasion I found that service lady, Kelly was unfriendly and unsure about how to pack shopping into a bag properly.When provided with multiple freezer bags and multiple other shopping bags I would expect the cold goods to go into the freezer bags however this didn't happen. All items were put onto the built in order of how they should have really been bagged. I had to ask her where my meat had gone, she had no idea, so I had to unpack everything and repack it myself at which point she stopped packing anything at allI'd be more than happy to come in and provide her with training myself.The supermarket was not busy this was just lazy.Perhaps Kelly you were just having a bad day if that's the case I really hope tomorrow is better.

They have stock issues with chicken and eggs. You have to come early morning otherwise you will not find any.

I would give zero starts if I could. I Asked for help from an employee by the name of Jacinta she was incredibly rude she ignored me and walked away. Avoid at all costs.

I like the convenient location, it had underground parking, is modern and large. I have no issues finding all the necessary foodstuffs and items I need. The staff I have experienced meeting are friendly, helpful and polite and some share a laugh even .It's my good fortune to live in close proximity as well, given the generous operating hours . Yes, I have been known to do some shopping after 9pm.

The other day i purchased bread from bakery department and i couldn’t remember the bread my mum wanted. The very helpful staff member Justine went above and beyond to help me find the right bread for my mum.Thank you Justine for your amazing help.Much appreciated and will shopping here again and recommend this Coles to my family and friends.
