Adairs

This is one of the smaller Adairs stores, but the staff are amazing and super helpful! If they don't have it in store, they'll still find a way to get it to you.

Ok service one sales assistant really good and offered add ons the other one more interested in doing an invoice in the computer

I asked to look at a dressing gown that id been looking at online but wanted to try on the size but I could only see in a zip up plastic bag, I asked if there was one on the floor I could look at the length & have a feel of & find my size & she said no unfortunately this is the only one? So I asked if I could remove it from the bag to have a look & try on & she said no, the best I can do is let you feel the collar?I've never had such terrible service from Adairs before & I hope this is a one of incident because they have such lovely products.

Kerry from the Innaloo store went out of her way to help us! We came in on the Sunday before the Linen Lovers 40% off sale to purchase all new linen and towels for our new property. She spent time explaining the different types of sheets so I could make an informed decision on which ones to choose. She help me colour match and style our doona cover with accent pillows and a throw. We decided on a new doona inner on her recommendation and our bathtowels to match. I am so thrilled with our purchases. But the most amazing part of the service was Kerry wrote everything down for me, so I wouldnt forget the items names. She even checked how much stock available in system. And then you know what else? I had to work Wednesday so sent my husband in to collect. Kerry wasn't instore but had packed most of the items together for us ready to buy! I legitamtely have not had a better retail experience and I will make sure I call through the store for a personal Thankyou to Kerry next time I am in the Innaloo mall. Thank you for being so wonderful, we really appreciated it!

Two stars but only for the products which I quite like! I am seriously sick of the rubbish customer service in this store. The superstore one in Osborne Park is literally the worst, for so many reasons. The one in Claremont on Stirling Hwy is slightly better but not ideal. I will probably stop going back to Adairs once I find towels that I like elsewhere. Adairs you really need to lift your game when it comes to customer service and also packing and wrapping items for your customers!!

Picked up a couple of bargains during sale. Some nice products. Innaloo store (in shopping centre) very small and crammed. Larger store down Scarb Bch Rd.
