Autumn Solar Installations

I paid a lot of money for pool lights, two of which failed after 4 mths. It took 9 mths and 20 calls and emails to get them to honour the 12 mth warranty. Even then they charged me a service call to replace their faulty products! Use this company at your peril. Didn't return many calls and didn't pass on messages.Update: Yes I have purchased items from your company and you know I have. Stop promoting 'fake' service.

Highly recommended. Good old fashioned service. Also best price for the pool lights I needed anywhere in Australia ( LED multi colour Oval Series) Knowledgeable and helpful staff who went the extra mile. Emails answered quickly and purchases are picked, packed and posted same day. Thanks from Adelaide

I have had excellent service from the team at autumn solar. Steve Merrett the owner personally installed the solar paneling on my roof , he even replaced some old broken tiles I had . He wouldn't take payment for 14 days until I was satisfied my solar was working to my expectation . I couldnt recommend them more highly . They arrived at the exact date and time as arranged

Header pipe failed after 5 years, which I know can happen but try getting a service call out of them. Called a week ago and was told they would let me know, but no phone call. So chased up on Friday and was told it may be Monday, but again no phone call. So phoned again (3rd time) and now being told they can't do it at all this week and don't know when they could do it. Obviously they don't care about after sales service.

Agree with previous negative reviews, Solar panels failed after 4 years, warranty one of the lowest in the industry. Service is atrocious - failed to advise me when a booked service was cancelled, got a call a week later from a tech asking for access that day, was not previously advised of this & it wasnt suitable - not heard from them since. Product & Company Not recommended.

Similar to what others seem to have experienced. I'm not sure how much more I could have done to try and buy a solar shower from Autumn Solar. I emailed and phoned them many times, asking them about what products they had in stock. All I wanted was to buy a product. They couldn't tell me what they had in stock, and never called me back with any details. Just left me dangling, and up to me to constantly keep trying to reach out to them. Quite frustrating

Absolutely appalling business I strongly advise you stay as far as way as possible.Don’t be sucked in by the cheap start up rate…. Just pay a little bit extra with a reputable pool Company

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - waiting for this company to provide service. I so wished I had of took the time to read reviews like the ones I've just read. They have NO customer service, NO organisation, NO commitment to what they had promised - I was advised that a technician would probably get to me within 3 days if not they would be there 7 days for sure. Would call me the night before to confirm a time - 2 weeks later - NO show - called them - they even took the the trouble to call me back to say they would call me in 1 hour to confirm a date - 4 days later and many hours - NO call - I called to cancel my service call - they weren't troubled by that didn't ask why - so I called again the next day, given my experience of there LACK of commitment and organisation - just to make sure they did in fact cancel my service call request - what do you know - the project manager DIDN'T know I cancelled the call - but assured me he would - he was not really keen to know why other than I wasn't happy - I explained why and he said I need to take that up with the owners - I WONT bother, I called my local pool company who gave me Autumn Solar's number initially and explained my experience - they naturally were disapointed that their referral whet so badly and they gave me another referral - who was fantastic - I did suggest to my local pool company that they be more selective with their referrals - Obviously Autumn Solar made hay whilst the sun shone and installed systems made their money but can't back it up with service.

I delivered a chlorinator that had suffered a lightening strike for repair fully expecting to have to buy a new unit. The unit was repaired, tested and cleaned within a couple of hours while we did some sightseeing around Ulladulla. I am very happy with the friendly, knowledgeable, service and ended up spending much less than I was expecting. Thanks.

Over 50 years in the industry, a second generation of family installing and running it you will not get a better company to install your solar and look after your pool! My pool is always warm and sits at a nice 28 for the kids and the wife. Highly recommended for anything to do with solar and pools.
