I booked a taxi for the following day to go to airport. Didn't turn up on time. Phoned three times to ask were it was. Each time they told me one was coming. I told them my flight was at 7pm. I found alternative way to airport at 5.50pm. I received a text from the at 6.45pm to tell me they wouldn't be able to pick me up. Cost me $161 long term parking in the end. Not reliable and lousy customer service.

Unfortunately despite pre-booking my taxi to the airport the day before for my trip to the airport, they arrived 15 minutes late with no apology. When I called to follow up my booking after waiting 5 minutes, I was told the driver was on the way, after another 10 minutes passed I called again after growing concerned that I was needing to make a Plan B at which point my call rung out….unanswered…twice. While the service was pleasant when they did arrive, unfortunately I won’t be rebooking with this company again after my experience.

Just spoke to a lady on the phone now. Time 2323h, 9 Jan 2020. She was very rude and sarcastic as well. Putting on additional pressure on a customer adds on to the frustration of finding transport back in this heat. Please all of u customer service officers, CHILL.

Was told they don't send taxis out to the airport, Leaving me and others stranded. Needless to say I called their competitor Premier taxis and they had one there within 5 mins.

Good way to book taxi but you don't get the taxi number or contact number any time while you are expecting to get taxi. It may be 10 minutes or 60 minutes that's your luck completely.
