Discovered this place late - was attracted by the glamour of the bigger place down the road. Ash is great - has helped me with my DR650 and my '84 TS250 - Top service and great prices. If you ride Suzuki or Kawasaki you would be crazy to go elsewhere. And check out the vintage motocrossers in the showroom.

The worst customer service from what I think is the owner. Says hey will do something never does it you have to call to get answers to anything even though he says he will call first thing. Other staff were good.

Dropped off a master cylinder for a rebuild kit through it on a Wednesday told need for weekend rang on Friday still not done when I asked when he was going to do it , It was like the End of the World bad Customer service skills first and last time I will go here. Since this review he rang me and said come pick it up , did the job myself in an 1 hr 1/2

Good service and friendly

Just rang this mob to enquire about buying a new Z400 for my partner… Spoke with Ashley (had to ask his name) and he couldn’t be less interested. They had none in stock so “can’t help you”… Disappointing as just moved to town with several bikes in my collection and a Genuine cash buyer who would be happy to order & wait and trying to buy local but their customer service is non-existent… Probably an indication as to what their follow up service would be as well… Just made another phone call to a dealer in Melbourne and more than happy to discuss details, prices and availability… So it’s off to Melbourne tomorrow and would suggest that anyone else considering buying a new Kawasaki in and around Ballarat to do the same… The drive to and in Melbourne is much less painful than dealing with this mob!

Bought a front tyre for my Suzuki from here, rode in and out in half an hour after organising for them to get the tyre in.Good old fashioned service without draining you wallet so far that your credit card self combusts.I will probably go back for something else at some point from this business.

Excellent. I was on my way through from Shepparton and asked specific advice about panniers and suspension for my V Strom. Very good advice. No rush. Would happily return any time I was on Ballarat
