Please if your a student avoid them. I was never shown the property before i signed the contract they showed me a different property. As soon as i went to the actual property it was full of roches and insects. They didn’t care at all about it. Living conditions were really poor no reply from the team at all so support only wanted money for stuff that wad already broken. Now its been two months there is no response about my bond as well

Once I was in need of help with the broken pipe and they came to personally helped me managed it till the trades came. Another time they sent curtains to my property after hours to ensure I get privacy as the blinds fell off. I am very touched by their sense of responsibility for tenants. I can only say their landlords are very lucky to have such hard workers to look after their properties. I am disappointed to see some fake and inaccurate reviews here.
