Support line is a joke. Disconnects you and recorded messages sound as if they were recorded underground speaking through a wet paper bag. Truly terrible.

Called regarding a repeat issue that i have called about once a month for the last year and was told my nbn box is broken even though direct connections are fine. Spent 45 minutes repeating myself, hung up, but still no internet access.

We had a wifi router for a whole family(4people) and it only covered about 1 room getting TP link i was able to get one tp link wifi motem for 3rooms! It was excellent i even plugged it into my xbox and got 15millesecond response when gaming i loved it so much keep up the good work!

Used their online support chat to try to resolve why I can't connect a second Tapo camera. The agent had no idea which product I was using, had no useful suggestions about how to overcome the problem and was unaware of their obligations under consumer law. I would never buy anything from them again, their support is zero. If I could give less than one star I would.

I have spoken with TP-Link support numerous times because included documentation was inadequate. The phone support staff were not experienced enough to solve my problems. Communication was also difficult.

Call centre in Phillipines. But they can't do any thing! Talking, asking, talking, asking, talking finally NOTHING! They pass China. You have to WAIT.................... Long long time........... may be they answer............ If not Game Over. Start again. Phillipines .....

Very irresponsible and worst customer service . Try to connect since 30 min but someone hung up straight on face after long queue. They don't have resources or respect for peoples time and money. internet is terribly slow feel like Stone Age

tp-link provides a very poor service, and then they ask for $$. Everything is about I cannot help you further unless you pay $$$. The modem is bad quality too, connection does not reach far enough at your home. I had to buy a second connector to serve my home. And connection is average, no matter speed you go with the provider. TPG use those modems when contract them. TPG is time to find a better option because this tp-link is a poor choice!

Really shouldn't put ads in notifications in your router app. It's supposed to be for emergency info and not to make us drop everything to see what the important notice was. Who cares your wifi 7 stuff is coming up in the future? It's not even ready yet. Do better like fixing issues with your router security noted in your forums for 5 years.
