I paid for a part. A month after I came back to the shop to complain my part was not delivered. The staffs on duty were rude.

I was looking for some spare parts. Went to SCA, no stock, Repco was expensive, then I went to Autoone, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The product I was looking for wasn't there, but he ordered it to be in store in an hour. We went for a coffee, and come back, and he provided me with discounts for waiting. It would have costed me >35% more in repco.Happy with friendly staff, and the costs. Thanks for helping, we were in situation for car must be repaired in that day. Would definitely recommend.

I was making my monthly supply run to Super Cheap up the road but they were in the middle of a move so I tried Auto 1 instead. I had a staff member ask me if I needed help. I found everything I needed for less than I normally spend at SCA. The staff member even carried a box of oil out to my car. I will be using Auto 1 from now on.

I went in at 10am Sat to get some hubcaps for my trailer. The staff member Peter" was not only helpful and friendly but came out and fitted them on to the trailer as well! You don't get better service than that!! Thanks Pete.....very impressive!!"

Today I brought some item for my car. I didn’t know the exact description of the item so I gave the rego number and name of the item I want. The guy gave me the item and I asked is that the correct one.?He said Yes. Later I checked one my car and it’s the wrong one. Mate is that your hobby to waste someone’s time. Seriously I just wanna dump that membership now. Enough. It’s not happening for the first time. Not second time but now it’s the third wasted time. One of the time I had to get the stuff from the Belconnen because they didn’t have it and they didn’t even tell me but just gave me the wrong stuff.hopeless.

I recently visited this store and found them to be rude and not at all helpful.I drove a long way to buy an item they had, only to be told 'sorry, we're closed' when I got to the counter with the item.I won't be shopping here again.

As a professional Consumer advocate,I regularly highlight Consumer Rip-offs on the SydneyTimes Buyers Guide- so when I discovered that Repco wanted $160 for an H15 auto headlight globe I was shocked and prompted to do a Price comparison !!! Luckily I found that in Fyshwick and Canberra that best value Spare parts with helpful Service is AutoOne at Fyshwick who offered me the same part for 50% cheaper price -Be warned the big guys Repco and Supercheap are large bloated and rip-off organization because they think consumers are lazy and stupid ! I will definitely support AutoOne in the future!

These guys saved my holiday. I needed a battery for my fridge and I had been messed around for 2 weeks by another supplier who claimed to have stock only to be told they wouldn't get it until after I left. I called Auto One Fyshwick who told me they had it in stock, shipped it express for $10, and even called me to give me the tracking number. It arrived the two days later just as I was due to leave. Legends!
