I posted a couple of questions regarding care of Chromexcel leather boots. Natali's response was timely, informative and thorough, making my purchase easy.I hoped the quality of the products ordered would match the high standard of customer service already set.The products, including Renomat and the Oiled Leather cream have proven to be of excellent quality and easy to use.

Exceptional Service and fantastic quality products. I have only had three seperate orders through Natali over the course of three years, but each has stuck in my mind as an exemplar of customer service. Most recently, I ordered the wrong size shoe laces despite clear sizing information in the FAQ section. Natali not only graciously agreed to send me the right size, but I was able to keep the other laces too! People decry the loss of old-fashioned service in the age of e-business but Natali and Bootblack stands as a strong counter point to this argument!

Great customer service and fast (as you can expect during lockdown) delivery. I've placed a couple of orders now and been very happy with them. The second order was misplaced by Australia Post and when I asked Bootblack what had happened to it, they chased it up with AusPost quickly and it was delivered within a day.They're also one of the best places for good quality leather and shoe treatment products (like Saphir) I've found in Australia so far.
