Absolutely impressed by the service I received!I contacted Synergy Airconditioning Services to come and quote me for a split system. Sanjay accommodated my hectic work schedule and came to see me on CHRISTMAS EVE!!!!Sanjay noticed how hot it was in our house and immediately knew there was something wrong with our evaporative system. Without hesitation he inspected the unit, identified the fault, repaired and cleaned our current unit. The difference was felt almost instantly ... cold air again! All this while onsite to quote me for a new unit.I have already received a quote for a system that will be efficient and effective for the room we wish to install in. Needless to say, I am proceeding with our new split system install with Synergy.Best service I have received for such a long time, and at such a busy time of the year.Thank you so much!!!!

First, the good - I called and left a message asking for a call back regarding an air conditioner install and Sanjay did so within 30 minutes. Now the bad - I found Synergy Air through the Little Aussie Community page where the description of Synergy Air stated, and I quote can help you with all your air-conditioning needs at a competitive price." however when I asked about having my air conditioner installed I was advised that they do not do air con installs unless you buy the unit from them also. So apparently they do not help with all your air conditioning needs and I believe their website is misleading"

I dealt with the owner Sanjay, he diagnosed the issue, quoted and repaired and left us with our air con operating like new. I made the mistake of neglecting maintenance and it cost me 2 weeks without air conditioning in the middle of summer while parts arrived. Since then we get our system serviced regularly and about 8 weeks ago during a service Sanjay diagnosed a potential future problem. We decided to address the issue and it took 6 weeks for parts to arrive. Yesterday Sanjay replaced both fan motors and fans. Not a moment to soon, the bearings were noisy and both fan blade mounting rubbers were very perished, to be expected on a 13 year old unit. We certainly avoided a failure this coming summer. I think we can see the value of a company on how they deal when we have a problem. About 14 months ago I got a new Aircon unit installed in my bedroom by Synergy Air. Good price, on time, clean, no problems at all.About 3 days ago, the remote control of the unit started to fail. I emailed Synergy on a Thursday night. Friday morning, got a reply from them tell me they would action the supplier's warranty. 2 hours later, another email to confirm my details. Monday morning I got a phone call from the supplier telling me they will be sending me another remote.Quick, no fuss, no issues. More than a year later, I am overly satisfied with Synergy Air service - a company that truly values their customers.
