Excellent store overall. Great variety, always well stocked and good, friendly & courteous service. Only wish it was slightly bigger with more parking to accommodate the increasing population of the place.

Good sized store, not too large. Has most things you would expect from a Coles store. Building is a bit dated. But that is OK as it looks clean, which is important to me.

Very disappointed today went to buy Hahn Ultra Crisp from Coles Droun only to find out they no longer stock as told buy guy there that they have no room for it. Can't have here that is only bought now and then" I am coeliac and cannot drink any other beers. went to IGA bunyip and they have it so if you are coeliac or just gluten intolerant iga bunyip have a very good range of gluten aranggluten free foods"

The staff are fantastic, kind friendly and give great cooking tips. My wife is quite sick, and I have been nursing her back to health. So I do the majority of the cooking and the tips and advice the ladies at the front counter are invaluable. Thank you, team.

The staff are friendly always happy to help you out and the store has pretty much whatever you need when it comes to grocery shopping it might be half the size to Safeway that means it takes half the time to get the shopping done win win situation especially when you have kids that always won't things as you walk around the store

I have always found customers service above & beyond, until tonight. You had one young lady on express lane that felt flirting was more important then customers for a good 5 to 6 minutes after serving the gentleman while we waited to be served & had to hear all of it. It took your other employee (who was helping another lady) to tell her. I didn't know Coles was also a dating sites. Friendly yes but this was a 10min overboard while the rest of us waited & could hear.
