Friendly and helpful staff, I got what I needed right away.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!Went in for a simple exchange and was treated with the most appalling disrespect by a particular older female staff member. Not only did I regret coming to this establishment within a minute of being served, I was also given incorrect information by the same staff member which meant I had to waste more time only to return the next day to prove that she was wrong and could have resolved the issue the first time.The same staff member also snickered and pointed while my partner and I left.. What a bad name she is bringing to Australia Post.

Went today to post a parcel using Fedex courier service, attended to by a rude lady who doesn’t know any other courier except DHL, kept pushing for me to use DHL which I didn’t want . I I used Fedex a few weeks ago . Never going back!!

Lovely staff! - they went out of their way to ensure my daughter’s parcel wasn’t sent back overseas.

Poor customer service. Worst customer service ever when it comes to applying for an Australian passport. Staff are rude and not helpful. It only took me 15 minutes to get it done somewhere else.

Definitely the WORST post office in WA. I cannot stand the customer service. The staff are so unfriendly and rude. This is my local post office (down the road from me) and I choose to drive the extra distance go to greenwood postal just to avoid these ladies. Staff has not changed in years and it’s the same poor customer service all the time.

I would give a zero if I could. Went to pick up a parcel and when asked for ID went v to show them scans of both my passport and drivers licence and they refused to accept them. Have never had this problem in the past. Go somewhere else!

Not helpful at all, was trying to argue without explaining the point and never listens to. The worst customer service ever I had experienced so far.If you don’t like to work, PLEASE GO HOME INSTEAD!!!!

If I could give a lower amount I would !These women are THE WORST.They TAKE PLEASURE in holding onto your mail, they are rude arrogant and smile while ridiculing people.I have witnessed nothing short of bullying to a customer, and on separate occasions ridicule of an older woman who was confused by the process. I have also witnessed them laugh when a customer left the store in tears!.Unacceptable and Australia post need to fix this place, management is just as bad as the staff. No wonder.These women should not be in the customer service industry.Also disability is not something to be laughed at or treated with contempt, allowances can be made by a change of attitude. It is your choice how you treat people. Frankly you chose wrong.
