Truly a problem when the owner who gets both state and federal funds to run an opiate treatment program believes she can overrule a doctor with thirty years experience and breach patient privacy. She has forgotten what the “Duty of care” means. Should she think her income stream might be threatened she acts badly. All that matters is the money to be made.
