Great Dental place I have been coming to this place for many years they look after you for just a check up and clean and most major dental issues.

Today i started the first day of my 15 day treatment plan at chester hill dental, ive never experienced anything like i did today. This dentist and his lively assistant should be travelling around the world showing off there great skill n techniques. This dentist is a magician, he has mastered the painless injection, that huge painfull needle everyone dreds at the dentists does not exist at chester hill dental. I am extremely happy with how my first 2 teeth he fixed looks, i actually cried on the drive home looking in the car mirror and seeing perfect teeth in my mouth for the first time in my adult life. Thank you for such great professionalism, i can not wait for my next appointment.

Definitely would not recommend Chester Hill Dental after having attended the clinic today.I arrived on time for an 11:45am appt however, had to wait 45 mins until I was finally seen by Dr Karlo. Provided this clinic is extremely stringent on their cancellation fee policy & offer no flexibility whatsoever, it is unprofessional & very disappointing that they do not uphold the same respect towards their clients given such lengthy & unnecessary wait times.Nonetheless, I was eventually seen by Dr Karlo who seemed unpoised & very heavy-handed while working on my teeth (almost felt like a bashing feeling the whole time). Dr Karlo’s work was very rushed & completed in almost 2 minutes because “he didn’t have time”, despite having already eaten into my consult time. I left with a bill of just under $200 for a couple minutes in his seat & a heedless job.During my visit, I noticed how hostile Dr Karlo was towards his staff, which makes his customers feel the same way also. This is definitely the worst dental visit I have had in my 33 years & will certainly not be a returning customer here.

I did some extensive work on my teeth at this clinic. Dr.Karlo was mostly efficient, but very pricy. He had to do one of the fillings twice because he did not do it properly first time around. Fast track a few months later, I started feeling pain in the same tooth and decided to contact him to have it checked. When he checked it and did an X ray he thought there was not much more he could do except doing a root canal, which he thought it didn’t need it at this stage.After the examination, I told him that I had my teeth cleaned just over six months ago and whether he thought they needed a clean , due to possible plaque buildup. He confirmed that they do. I asked him to go ahead and do them. After less than 4 minutes he finished the job and put some sort of liquid on them and concluded the consultation.When I went to pay I discovered that he charged a $50 consultation fee, $ 94 for scaling the teeth, $38 for the medication he put on my teeth and $40 for the X ray.I went in to get him to check on a job he did earlier (which he stuffed up before and he should not have charged anything) instead he considered it new consultation and charged accordingly. He misled me on whether my teeth needed cleaning. They obviously did not. Then he applied a medicine and charged me for it without my permission.On top of that, he was abrasive and slightly combative when I questioned him about the bill. This told me that I was merely just another opportunity to milk for the maximum amount of money regardless if it was warranted, reasonable or ethical.I would stay away from Dr. Karlo and if you are a customer make sure you check the bill before you pay. Otherwise, nasty surprises might be in store.

My mum and I have been seeing Dr Karlo Taliana since I was a child. Dr Karlo takes his time to inform you as to what is required and is always thorough in the checks that he does. His dental nurse Dana is so warm and shows a great deal of kindness and care especially for my mum who isn't always comfortable coming to see the dentist. The clinic is incredibly hygienic and staff are always cleaning down surfaces which is incredibly comforting in a post covid world. We couldn't recommend Dr Karlo and the Chester Hill dental team any higher.

Easily one of the worst experiences i've ever had at a dental clinic, without elaborating they were rude to me from the moment i walked in for my first appointment only to be rushed in the appointment, i didn't get the chance to explain my concerns in detail.

I am so thankful to the team here for taking me in urgently even though they were fully booked and I was a new patient walking in off the street. Such caring, compassionate, kind and professional staff. Thank you so much to Doctor Karlo Taliana for helping me straight away. And to the lovely receptionist and staff who were working today. Highly, highly recommend this practice. ❤️

I have been coming here for years , would not ever go elsewhere Dr Taliana is an amazing dentist- compassionate and always explains everything that’s going on. Highly recommended!!
