Hunter CPAP

My husband and I have dealt with the staff at this business for a couple of years now and have always found them to go out of their way to help and accommodate anything that you need. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also they are always so pleasant and friendly to deal with. Nothing seems to much trouble. Keep up the good work guys.

So far, no good, but that's my issue with the masks. The two ladies that helped me yesterday 4/4/23 were excellent. Thank you.

I was told that the cpap machine I received for trial purposes was going to be covered by Medicare I don't how I managed to have to pay for it

All the staff are very friendly and wanted to make sure that I got the right cpap equipment and support to assist me. Have been using them since they opened and i won't buy cpap stuff online any more. I'd rather pay the little extra for the service and advice, knowing I'm getting exactly what I want every time

I purchased a Cpap Machine approx 18 Months ago. The Service was great the Machine was delivered to my house on a Saturday where I lived at the time.I went on line first thing the following Monday morning paid the full amount.They replied that they received payment and that was it........ as far as I was concerned. Yesterday I received a phone call from some Bloke claiming I owed them near on a $1000 dollars as they never received payment. What hell is all that about. I came out of our account the same day.18 Months on ..come on. It appears their equipment is good but have rather poor accounting skills.Looks like a trip to Court as i dont think I still have any paperwork on it. After all Warranty expired 12 months on ,no sense in keeping paperwork unless its for the ATO. I will give 4 Stars for service but zero for Book Keeping. Anyone purchasing from them keep the dockets in a Vault as you may need them in 2years time.
