Ordered two eggs Benedict. One came out earlier than the other but I already knew how it was going to taste as it looked awful. I was not disappointed. I hope their coffee is good because their cooking definitely underwhelmed. Helped my diet though. Put me off eggs bene for life! The chef should probably go to another restaurant and see what an eggs bene actually looks like.

Of all the Muffin Breaks I've been to, this gets my number one vote. Lovely service - quick, friendly and super fast. Coffee was so good that I regretted getting a small. Had the choc chip muffin which was also nice. Relaxed atmosphere, plenty of seats and wheelchair accessible.

Absolutely shocking service ask for iced coffee with extra sugar syrup when received the coffee it was normal sweetness and they just told me to get my own sugar, sugar doesn't dissolve into an iced coffee as why I asked them if they can put more syrup in it and she just told me that it was sweet enough and walked away and then they refuse me a refund also. And also they forgot two of my friends food orders will never be coming back!

Prices need to be updated, you expect to pay for what is displayed on the boards yet the total comes to much more than expected.Told the lady working there but she seemed un-phased, poor service.

03/08/17HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I can not budge enough on how disgusting the service was, me and my friend were in line waiting to be served, cashier recognises us comes and serves my friend ONLY(let alone I am standing right next to her) after she served my friend, before I could even say anything she had already walked away without even acknowledging me or asking if I wanted to buy something as well.After a good 10mins of waiting for my friends order(whilst staff were just moping around) finally my friends order is ready, cashier STILL not acknowledgeding me. After this I had said, can I get served? Very calm and collective, the response I got was appalling.Cashier says: Oh I didn't know you were getting something"

i went to get coffee dine in table dirty and watched the cleaner whipe the chairs and then the table it doesnt seem healthy to me. the glass on the food fridges with all the nice things to eat. i had to come strait home as the coffee went strait through. i think a great deep clean and update would go well.

Eggs benny not recommend eggs were hard normal bread no it even toasted. Asked for sauce on the side didn’t happen. At least the coffee was good

Appauling customer service! Very disorganised, management is bad at delegating duties. Staff gave us the wrong item, after taking it back we waited so long to get the right item back. We had to go to the counter again to remind them. There was no apology just a blank stare as they handed it to us and walked off. Been here a few times as it's the only coffee store in the centre, otherwise they probably wouldn't get any business.

Food was great! They definitely need more involved staff however as the line can go out the door sometimes due to long waiting periods and slow service (some people even leave because of it) Once, I did spot a single fly hovering around the muffins in the inclosed display shelves but the problem was taken care of when my partner mentioned it to the cashier. I neither have positive nor negative thoughts on this establishment. But can positively state, AGAIN, that the food was great. Tables were messy for a while after customers left but despite those around me receiving their food after long waits, my partner & Myself received good and fast service.
