Lady cut half of my eyebrow off didn’t allow me to check in the mirror and then when I call to say I had just noticed the girls on the phone says that she didn’t know it understands about what I’m talking about. I literally just walked out the door and got in the car and called. Happy to take your money but not happy to tell you that they stuffed up!

I highly highly recommend this place. I went to Beauty & Brow to enquire about eyelash extensions, of which after the excellent customer service I received, is a hidden gem in the world of beauty treatment. The delightful assistant Srey made sure to provide me with a detailed consultation & upon my approval, Srey took me to the treatment room. Everything in this place was impeccably clean & tidy. After my eyelash extensions were completed much to my absolute delight in the result, Srey asked me if I wanted to complete the treatment with eyebrow threading. Srey explained to me the reasons for her recommendation & with upmost trust this was completed quickly, painlessly and it all came together wonderfully. As I had a scar across one eyebrow, Srey then explained to me on the best way to use an eyebrow pencil & literally made it look so easy, so I purchased the eyebrow pencil as well. Both treatments were $130 of which is absolutely great value for money, time effort and professionalism of the result.I recommend anyone to go to this place as it is way way better than all the glitz overpriced beauty places in which the service people have huge egos & don'tprovide the quality result I received. Thank you Srey for the wonderful wotk you did it is greatly appreciated If I could give 10stsrs I would.

Wonderful eye thread and tint. Eyebrows have never looked so good. Girls in the shop were lovely.

Always get my eyebrows done here, some people have said to me that no matter how many times they tell beauticians to only thread the very edges, they always make their eyebrows thinner. However, the ladies at this place always do it perfect every time! My brows still look thick but tidy.

I just had leg waxing and eye brow threading. Leg wax was perfect and finished with a short leg massage while she was rubbing moisturiser in. My eyebrows had been ruined from a previous session elsewhere. She shaped them to make them look immediately better but with a plan for the next 2 sessions to get them 100% perfect. Won't be going anywhere else now. They were fantastic, reasonably priced amd incredibly clean and sterile!

AMAZING!! my lashes look so so good, got them tinted the dark blue as well and i feel like i could fly away!!
