I booked them in to have a tap fitted for a new fridge on Tuesday and was booked in for Friday. I called on Wednesday to confirm that they were definitley coming out on Friday and Matt confirmed. Friday arrived and they didn't turn up or even call to say they couldn't make it. When I called them they didn't answer. Had I known that they would be so unreliable and unprofessional I would have booked another plumber. Trades like these guys give good trades people a bad name. Will ensure to NEVER recommend them
