Nexus Project Group

Nexus Group were assigned to us by our insurer Suncorp for a substantial roof leak. They were very quick to come the day the job was assigned but incorrectly diagnosed the roof leak and put sarking tape up one corner of the roof. The rains came and the leak was not fixed.There was then another 3 weeks delay before they sent out a second assessor to fully investigate the leak. The guy got up on the roof and did a 2 minute visual inspection (despite the roof being majority covered in solar panels) and incorrectly concluded that a lack of weep holes was the cause of the leaks.Completely frustrated by two sets of roofers who were simply clutching at straws without any proper investigation, I hired two trades of my own - a roofer and solar electrician. They spent 3 hours removing panels one by one and running the hose on the roof to identify and replace all the broken tiles. This addressed the roof leak once and for all.Nexus Group were completely inept at fixing a roof leak. Avoid at all costs.

We were feeling very stressed after experiencing storm damage however, the entire process with the Nexus team was a pleasure. Our site supervisor was time efficient and kept us very well informed throughout the process.The team was very thorough and professional completing all work in a timely manner and to a high standard.

The Nexus team were fantastic to deal with and resolved our insurance claim works rapidly with very professional trades.
