Called Paul for assistance to remedy problems in my TV reception after using another franchised" antenna installer who had supposedly fixed it but didn't want to return when we still had problems. Paul arrived when he said he would and did a thorough check of the system

I sent Paul a message on a cold and wet miserable Sunday morning, via the Get a free quote" link on the White Horse website. I expected to receive a phone call on Monday or Tuesday to arrange repairs during the week. Much to my surprise I received a phone call from Paul an hour or so after submitting the message to say he was in the area and could come within 15 minutes if convenient. Paul quickly identified the reason for our TV reception problem and despite the strong winds fitted a new antenna. Friendly and efficient service from a guy with all the right tools & knowledge."

Turned up on time. Thorough review of the causes of my reception issues. Paul then got to work and rectified my problem with the TV reception.He fixed the reception issues with only one visit. I did not have to call him back to rectify anything.

I'd never met Paul before however called him based on his good Google reviews.He turned up on time, went straight into fault finding my TV aerial to identify why we had lost reception. He found a 3 different issues in the space of about 15 minutes, explained what needed be done and fixed the system up within an hour. Reception is now great.Pleasingly at no point did he try to up-sell me anything, he just fixed up my current system which I installed - apparently not very well!I would use him again and recommend highly - a professional operator.

Paul is passionate about his work. After I had moved my antenna to improve my signal, I was still having issues which I couldn't fix. Paul analysed the issue and found interference and placed a new antenna at the optimal point of the house. A clean and professional install. Thanks Paul

Weeks with no TV as no reception. Contacted the company who that installed a new antenna last year but received no contact from them to confirm their attendance. Saturday morning rang Whitehorse to book an appointment who said they could pop in to have a look within 30 mins after finishing a job they where on. Arrived and within 20 minutes I had my TV reception back in. Great service and would use again and refer to friends and family. Thank you!

I had Paul come and put a suboard in the shed and move my bore retic system, he did a fantastic job very clean and efficient and was a great price. I would recommend white horse antenna to anyone.

Professional, reliable and quality workmanship. Paul installed an articulating TV mount, new power and internet points, and tidied up existing cabling. By the time the job was finished Paul had effectively doubled our home internet speed and now we never have any buffering issues with Netflix. Amazing troubleshooting skills, we'll have Paul back in a heartbeat for all our other electrical needs.
