Surprisingly good experience for me- first time in a new office. Staff were very efficient, helpful (over and above) and friendly - they even sang happy birthday. Good job.

I do not really like to complain but person who helped me today was not professional.I came to ask printing a form for me as his colleague gave me advice over the phone. Without this form you can not really complete the claim.And that person/Nabil( might be wrong spelling ) advised that I do not need this form to claim without knowing the situation and without such expertise . He also became bossy and told me that I was not listening him, like I was a school child. Please educate your staff not to assume and remain professional.

Well! when I reached the check-in Counter on my first visit waited 45mins; Instead of asking me what the problem was, they ask if I have an Appointment? Instead of penalising you they should help. Instead of Embarrassing you they should ensure your confidence.

Very unprofessional. The lady who works there have no idea about procedures. I was waiting for 1 month to receive my medicare for no reason. And when I went back to check I found that she didn’t do the right thing ! Make sure that you know your job!

I'm on a disability pension. I needed to have an advance payment and to alter some information. A relative helped me get on the mygov app some time ago, so I didn't have the details. They made me wait 15 minutes for someone to help me use the computer rather than dealing with my request personally, which would have taken three minutes or so. And when they got me to the computer, and I told them that I didn't have the username or password, the guy told me to go ask the relative and come back when I had the info, rather than dealing with the issue himself. I felt very negated, and embarrassed, to the point that I started to feel panicky. To top it off, they misunderstood a piece of information I gave them, so now I have yet another problem to fix. They really don't want to help, it's like dealing with people who get paid more if they cause you trouble and confusion.

An army of robots to get through whenever you need to call themThen rude staff when you get therethe whole system needs to be gutted and rebuiltCenterlink 'my gov' services NSW are like hell on earth anytime the most basic process needs to be performed, there are CIA torture tactics less punishing then a phone call to Centerlink

The girl in the front counter i think she is a Arbic Ausie girl very very rude. I don’t want to mentioned the nationality but she is very rude tall with long face girl. What a waste of people’s time. Very very rude
