Way too long of a wait for a script without any acknowledgment! If it’s this busy for scripts put more staff on and have a better system!

Unhelpful and become belligerent when asked how THEY lost my paperwork 3 times!! No medication for me (again)

Staff had no idea about store promotions or advertised catalogue items.

Unsure on bad reviews,They were really pleasant with me & helped me beyond what I needed at the timeWill be back !!

Worse behaviour from 2 of their staff separately. I bought a digital thermometer. After paying I asked the girls how to use. She just walked away. Then an older person came. He shouted on me when I was trying how to use as he thought I didn’t pay. He apologised once I have reminded him not to shout to customers. On my way out the girl told me I should have tried after leaving the shop. Full of drama for a thermometer.

Rude staff and poor customer service

The range and quality of the products is great; it's the staff that I don't like. I have both witnessed and experienced first hand that they give customers some snarky comments and dirty looks (I even got a faulty product that they refused to return/exchange). And by the looks of things, many people would agree with me.

Very rude and unfriendly staff. I always buy my stuffs in Amcal, I just need a label in my Aveeno baby cream for my daughter's childcare as my daughter have eczema and they need a label to apply the cream and asked me to ask it from any pharmacy.When I was there a few days ago and asked them for a label, they told me to bring a bottle. Today, I took the bottle for the label, they told me they can't do it for me as I haven't bought the cream there. I was told that go where you have bought. I tried to explain that the place where I bought it doesn't have a pharmacist, as we can get this cream from Coles or Woolies as this is just a moisturizer cream and doesn't require prescription and as I am a regular customer of Amcal and if they can help me. The only thing I can hear is go back where you got it from.

So annoyed with this pharmacy. I had a certain request with a prescription in order to get health care rebate. I went in a week prior to getting prescription to make sure they could issue the receipt needed in order to get this. They told me it definatetly was NOT an issue but sure enough when i went in they were not able to do it. I was so extremely annoyed & all he could say was sorry, NOT BLOODY GOOD enough. I was inconvenienced & in the end they were more expensive than any other chemist I've been to. Definatetly will not be returning or recommending them. After reading some other comments & seeing the rating I'm shocked they are still operating.
