Member of staff was outside store having a cigarette and talking to a lady from the sandwich store.Followed us in. Very abrupt asked what we were doing there and felt had to divulge personal medical information to justify being in store.She then left us to it after we told her we were browsing and went back out for another cigarette leaving us alone with no staff to liaise with.Spent 15 minutes in store by ourselves looking at stock. We then decided to leave having been keen to ask questions about some high value items we were interested in .Member of staff was outside having a good time talking to the staff member from the sandwich store.When we left and had made it to car . Staff member ran in like we had stolen something. Very disgusted will not be going back.We decided to purchase elsewhere due to lack of interest and rudeness. $4000 better spent elsewhere.Only giving one star as can't give zero

Found the service very rude. Lady was very rude. Have an okay aide range for the elderly. Next time Ill go across the road to Medi Hire And Sales.
