I had not ever had such nice, patient, polite and respectful service. The Ladies have always been more than happy to assist me with any questions and Or problems with any of my medical needs or medication. They're the entirely the only reason I continue to return to this Chemist. They are so fantastically will to help you with anything and do there best to solve & or Fix anything you've may have to ask, regardless of gender or age. Without any Judgement of whom you are.

Recently I’ve had exceptional service through Amcal! Kylie has been a huge help with helping us order stock for our business! When they didn’t have everything we needed she had it delivered to our door when they got our products in!This past weekend Mal was an amazing help and her on selling skills and knowledge are exceptional! Called up to book a covid 19 vaccine, explained i am travelling interstate and was going through portland to see family before heading into new south Wales.The lady on the phone demanded me to explain why I am doing this travel and that I should not be going to portland or to new south Wales.Disgusting attitude, I was in disbelieve when I started getting asked to explain why I am doing these travels and pretty much told I shouldn't be.
