So glad I found this place! The gym has great facilities, plenty of room, clean modern equipment, an awesome outdoor workout area, good coffee and fantastic staff. I love that there’s a bunch of other health services available in the one spot. Highly recommend!

Best gym in Boonah!! Dropped in for a few workouts while down on vacation and the crew at the gym were great! The gym is fully stocked with everything we needed, including an amazing outdoor area for those sunny days, a play area for the kids, and some amazing classes which had us in a sweat. They also have a coffee bar at the front and they were more than happy to make us an amazing coffee! If you're in the area and looking for a gym, I highly recommend this gym!

Great Gym.Lisa and the team are fantastic to train with. They encourage you to dig deeper when you don't think you can !!I love that the classes are changed around every couple of months so you get a range of workouts and really enjoy the 5:30am classes.If you are looking for a gym with great staff and members this is the one for you.Keep up the great work Lisa & Co.

Fantastic business to have in Boonah and the Scenic Rim. A gym with a great gym floor, heaps of classes and trainers, but also a health hub with lots of allied health services that you'll need to get healthy and fit.

Fantastic gym and a broader range of health services. I’ve had a membership here for years and is by far the best gym membership compared to other gyms. There are a couple of big differences. The first is the hygiene, with the gym always feeling clean and fresh. They also offer a wide variety of classes to suit all ages. My personal favourite are the PT sessions, as I’m guided around technique which is important when you also train by yourself and want to get results. Finally, it feels more like a community than a gym which makes it fell like more than a gym and more like a hub

How fantastic is the Boonah Health Hub? I joined this week and am blown away by the sophistication of this gym. Great venue with a really good variety of equipment, a broad variety of classes to choose from for all levels of fitness, a beautiful outlook amongst the gum trees and super friendly staff and clients. What's not to love!!
