I had very bad experience at NUM num bakery Harris park. I recently ordered mango flavour theme based cake for my son's birthday. Instead of mango they made black forest. Next day when I went there to inform, they said it's chef's mistake. They even not apologize for that mistake. Person on reception is very rude. Very bad customer service specially when they are in fault.

The most awful experience I ever had. Ripoff of $150 for a custom made cake. They don’t know how to make a custom made cake. I would never recommend this to anyone. Absolutely poor service and quality.

I go here to buy mixture only because it's a bit better than the packaged ones. But the staff here is so snobby and unfriendly especially the college going girl! She acts like she is doing a favor serving the customers. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming..... You know.... You're not the only ones in the neighborhood, we can always switch..... Have a little smile on your face. Don't think it would harm anyone!!

I will rate them 0 stars if there was an option. We ordered a regular chocolate cream cake and that turned out to be bitter. None of the guests appreciated the cake and threw it away without eating. On complaining, the shopkeeper just told that they cant do anything about it. Very rude service and poor quality of the cake. Will never recommend to anyone

Ordered a birthday cake on 10th Jan 2022 from Numnums Bakery Harris Park, they sold me stale cake. When I returned instead of apologising the lady at the counter said it was chocolate chips in the Lemon Lime cake when I showed her properly and asked her if this was chocolate, she said oh our freezer was off". Poor customer service and rude. I will share this post in other groups as well. Please don't buy cakes from here. Poor customer service

DON’T EVEN TRYI tried first time their sweet and it turned out poisonous. No taste, only sorethroat after trying 1 piece of bite. Very old sweets, water came out from the laddu.All in the bin in 5s!!!Moreover, the service from the lady was horrible experience. She acted like we were asking something free from her. The face was very rude and attitude was unacceptable.

Their chaat is good. But staff is not nice, whenever you tell them about your customised order instructions, they never listen, or they don’t bother listening to you. I ordered basket chaat twice and told them I want mild to no spice but when I came back home it was full of red chilly flakes and it was very spicy. I couldn’t eat it.The staff is not cooperative at all. I won’t recommend them to any one.Please don’t visit them if you want to save your $$Personal honest opinion. I had a very bad experience with them twice.

Never ever buy from here. Once bitten twice shy... but I went back.THE ONLY EATERY IN PARRAMATTA WITH STALE FOODI TRAVELED 28KM ANF I FEEL LILE SWEARING AT THEM.STALE SNACKSBONDHI, MURIKU, MUXTURE SEV HOT SEV.. JUST NONE WAS FRESH.Rip off!!!!

Cakes and other snacks have varieties but the customer service is really bad. The lady at the counter has a zero expressions and doesn't even greet the customer. You can retain your customer if you have good customer service.
