Just a caution to anyone using Spatial Styling. Their employees steal from you. I had a set of Jabra ear buds stolen out of my bag during the furniture pick up. Don't steal from your customers. Not cool.

Spatial Styled our home for sale in a difficult market and they totally nailed it. The house sold in less than two weeks. They listened to the brief about the target market and the likely purchaser. I was sure the home would appeal to a young professional couple who were thinking about a family and needed to look contemporary, light, bright and a bit of fun. Karl from Spatial listened and responded with the perfect look and feel. I was too thrilled and the home photographed beautifully.But Spatial was not our first choice, nor was Bresic Whitney - our wonderful agent. We had first listed with another agent and used one of their preferred stylists. The experience could not have been more different.Same brief and yet the house looked like an old persons house on the Gold Coast - not inner city Sydney. Large, overwhelming pieces, lots of black. Absolutely not what I’d suggested and not right for a small terrace. The house was listed with the first agent for more than 100 days with the value plummeting by the week. The final straw came after 8 weeks when the other mob wanted to charge us $1,100 a week to keep the furniture installed. Absolutely not!Another thing I loved about Spatial was that the fee you pay is a once off fee with the furniture staying in the house until it is sold. I can not recommend Spatial Property Styling and in particular, Karl more highly. Fantastic experience and great value. They just get it!
